Mission Statement
 Solo Fitness Private One-on-One Training was founded from my passion for health, fitness, and nutrition,

with the goal of inspiring and educating clients to lead happy, healthy, and active lives for years to come.

I offer education classes, training, and nutritional counseling to beginners embarking on a fitness journey,

to adults who might believe their prime is in the past—I'm here to show you it is not!

And to seniors who aim to maintain strength and functional mobility to stay active and enjoy

independence during their golden years.


 

Who I am & What I do

I specialize in training programs that improve the health and fitness of men aged 40 and above. Have you noticed that upon reaching your 40s, you've gained a few unwanted pounds and your clothes have become a bit snug? Maybe the home run that once won the game is now merely a flyout that ends the inning,

or the drive on the lengthy par 5 that used to clear the water hazard now results in you taking your third shot from the drop zone.

Perhaps the grocery bags seem heavier, and the walk from the car to the house feels longer? DO NOT ACCEPT this as a part of "getting older".

I can help you reverse this decline and reclaim your prime.

I've dedicated years to refining a comprehensive, multi-layered training program that I'm eager to share with you.

My Strength Training approach is built on  a foundation that understanding the "HOW" and the "WHY" behind each movement is crucial for long-term progress, more so than simply knowing the "WHAT".

Functional Training

My Functional Training approach leads to enhancements in agility, athleticism, balance, mobility, and speed. Participants can expect an increase in lean body mass, functional movement, cardiovascular strength, endurance, and self-confidence. Additionally, there will be a reduction in body fat, fatigue levels, mobility limitations, and the risk of preventable diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and high blood pressure.
